Ronald Samm performs for guests of the BBCF The cold weather is here but we battled through it and went along to the Black British Classical Foundation (BBCF) Opera recital at Speaker’s House in the Palace of Westminster. The BBCF is a non-profit organisation that aims to take Opera to new audiences and venues.
